Zam Law Associates has written Fee Scale, which will be giving to the client on initial contact  which  will clearly reflect the type of work to be done and origination or  will make clear to the client the costs of any work to be done before it is carried out or the advice is given.

  • Updating you with the progress
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Telephone/ Postage costs

In addition to our fee, you would have to pay Fees to the Home Office or High Commissions (application fee), if applicable;

All cheques must be made payable to the relevant persons, bodies or authorities and not to us.     

APPLICATION FOR ENTRY CLEARANCE LEAVE TO ENTER OR LEAVE TO REMAIN

No fee will charge as advance, all fees shall be charged upon completion of work.

In short our Fee Scale includes:

  • Telephone/Postage costs
  • This organisation will provide detail in writing to the client how the fee for their work for that client is to be calculated, included whether it is a fixed fee and whether it includes VAT or other expenses.

 

The client will not be charged for work that has not been undertaken or has been undertaken unnecessarily. We do not operate no win no fee basis, we charge the fee when the file has been submitted irrespective of the outcome of the Application.
